Connexions Personal Advisers offer impartial information, advice and guidance about
courses, jobs and training. We can give advice on choosing options post college
and give general advice about the best way of going about this.
Personal Advisers can also assist with any personal worries such as money, housing,
health, which might affect you making these choices and decisions.
Your Personal Adviser
There are several Personal Advisers from the Connexions Service working in Tameside
College at Beaufort Road:-
- Steve Lee and Katy Rush work with Level 1, 2 & 3 clients and are based in Student
Services on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
- Val Thomas works with those attending Dovestones and Entry level students

We can help you:
- Choose your options for the end of your course, whatever level
- To apply for other courses and get advice about HE opportunities
- To apply for jobs, Apprenticeships and training places
- With job hunting, CVs, application forms and interview preparation
