If you’re not sure what you want to do, but you know that you want to do something, E2E might be the way forward for you. E2E is a work based training programme for young people aged 16-18 years old which helps them prepare for employment or a college course.

The aim of e2e is to help with:
Building Confidence Personal Development
Literacy Numeracy
Choosing your career Applying for a job
Preparing for the next steps Writing a C.V.

e2e Work Experience

An essential part of e2e is work experience. e2e offers a range of different work placements to suit your individual goals, from Retail to Motor Vehicle and Childcare to Administration.

During your time with e2e you will:

  • Work as a team 
  • Investigate career choices
  • Go on days out
  • Take part in sports activities
  • Go on work experience
  • Work on projects that interest you

Qualifications

e2e offers the opportunity to gain City & Guilds Qualifications in both Literacy and Numeracy, Personal Development, First Aid, Health and Safety and Manual Handling.
