Dovestones
Dovestones, part of Tameside College, is a purpose-built facility with superb
equipment and specialist resources to meet the needs of students with a wide
range of learning difficulties and or disabilities.
Students access a wide range of courses including the Learning Pathways and
study for nationally recognised qualifications.
Dovestones aims to provide a package of multi-disciplinary support to all
students, in addition to the college tutors, support and care staff; we have a
physiotherapy team, speech and language therapy, nursing staff and support for
visual and hearing impairment.
Students work towards various progression opportunities post their 3 years at
Dovestones, including the Learning Pathways, other courses and day provision.
