Winning Buns Toasted

Dovestones students completed their one year bakery course in style by entering their work into the college annual catering competition.

The students entered sugar paste decorated buns which they had mixed, baked and decorated themselves.

The buns were of such high standard that all the students were awarded certificates. The overall winning entries came from Gareth Hughs (Gold), Martin Dale (Silver), Lydia Farres (Bronze) and Sarah Radcliffe (Merit).
