High Flyer Samantha Stone Thu, 27 January 2011 Tameside College student Samantha Stone has been offered employment with Monarch airlines. Monarch is one of the leading airlines in the industry and employs over 3000 people. Samantha who is currently studying for a City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Air Cabin Crew started at Tameside College last September and has already completed training at Thomas Cook’s Cabin Crew centre in Cheadle, where she completed training in CPR and other aviation Health and Safety related issues. Asked about her time at Tameside College and her course, Sam commented “I am really enjoying the course and feel that it has been very helpful in getting the job with Monarch. I am very excited about beginning my training and career in the summer with Monarch Airlines.”
