You will have the opportunity to develop your skills to a very high level, while at the same time gaining the necessary underpinning knowledge. Learners will also be encouraged to participate in competitions and external events. All whilst learning in a real working environment preparing and creating dishes for our Restaurant Customers.

Entry Qualifications

Level 2 Technical Certificate in Professional Cookery or equivalent, Industry experience and employment in establishments with suitable menu range would be helpful for this course.


You will be able to progress to Higher Education or employment.
