The CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management provides the perfect platform to further develop your HR career at management level. The qualification comprises of both mandatory and optional units and will be assessed by work-based assignments.

Candidates must hold the CIPD Certificate in HR Practice – Level 3. Candidates with experience and/or other suitable qualifications will be considered. Prior to enrolment, you will have to attend an interview with the course tutor to ensure suitability. Candidates are required to have a good command of English and ICT skills.
Following successful completion of the course, it may lead to a place on the Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management through our close links with either the University of Huddersfield or the University of Salford; and be able to progress further to either an MA or MSc in Human Resource Management.
