Through this one day course you will develop a range of skills while working with chocolate. Expanding on your skills you should already be able to temper chocolate so you will move onto how to colour cocoa butter and chocolate to help make an assortment of moulded chocolates using a variety of different fillings, flavours and ingredients. Also the use of transfer sheets to add colour and patterns to your chocolates.

You will be taught the skills of a master chocolatier in our specialist environment.

Our tutor will guide you through the tips of the trade to produce some amazing products

You will have a booklet of information to record what you do so that you can remember everything from the day

You will also be provided with light refreshments, so that you can make the most of your time with us

This professional course will be an experience you will never forget and when you go leave we will make sure you have a selection of the products to take home with you. This will be an opportunity to meet people with similar interests who perhaps share your passion for the Food Industry. This programme will make you want to learn more.

This course will consist of information, demonstrations and then practical activity to produce your products

We will provide you with an apron for the day, but please bring sensible shoes and make sure your hair is tied back if applicable

You do not need any entry qualifications to do this programme

On successful completion you can progress to Advanced Chocolate or you may want to take on another of our programmes perhaps in Bakery, Cookery or patisserie.

Fees are payable by all students. Discounted fees are not available.
