Through this one day course you will develop a range of skills while working with chocolate. Expanding on your skills you should already be able to temper and colour chocolate with cocoa butter so this professional programme will see you develop the skills to produce a decorated individual chocolate cake using a pouring ganache and a variety of chocolate decorations such as Ruffles and Fans. You will also learn how to spray with chocolate and cocoa butter to achieve a different texture. Finally you will learn how to make a chocolate paste which can be used for modelling and making roses.
You will be taught the skills of a master chocolatier in our specialist environment.
Our tutor will guide you through the tips of the trade to produce some amazing products
You will have a booklet of information to record what you do so that you can remember everything from the day
You will also be provided with light refreshments, so that you can make the most of your time with us
This professional course will be an experience you will never forget and when you go leave we will make sure you have a selection of the products to take home with you. This course will consist of information, demonstrations and then practical activity to produce your products
We will provide you withl an apron for the day, but please bring sensible shoes and make sure your hair is tied back if applicable
You do not need any entry qualifications to do this programme
On successful completion you can progress to one of our other professional programmes perhaps in Bakery, Cookery or Patisserie.
