HNC in Health & Social Care

The Pearson BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF) is a qualification with a minimum of 120 credits. The BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma programme must contain a minimum of 65 credits at level 4.

You will need to undertake work placements in a Health and Social Care setting.

You will be assigned a Tutor who will specifically look after your pastoral and course requirements

You will be assessed through a variety of assessment methods including discussions, displays, case studies, presentations, written work and practical assessments whilst on placement

To qualify to get a place on the course, you should have GCSE English and maths at Grade C or above, as well as either:

2 A Levels

BTEC National / GNVQ Advanced / NVQ Level 3

Or equivalencies

If you do not have these qualifications, but do have considerable work related experience in the area you may still be eligible.
