A Level (equiv) Applied Law

The course covers the following units:

You will study the English Courts System; Legal Personnel (Lawyers, Judges, Magistrates and Juries); Sources of Law (Common Law and Statute Law); Slander and Libel, Criminal law (eg Theft, Robbery, Murder) ; Law of Torts (eg Medical Negligence) ; Family Law; Legal Aid and Funding; European Union Law
The course is designed to cover a range of topics, providing you with the knowledge and skills required for a career or further study in Law. It can be a 1 year course (Certificate), or a 2 year course (Diploma)
Learners must have

Grade 4 in English Language at GCSE plus:

5 GCSEs grade 4 or above in other subjects
Direct access to employment with law firms

Start an apprenticeship and earn while you learn

Start an Honours Degree at University
