Entry Level Catering and Hospitality

This course will provide you with a basic introduction to the Catering Industry. You will gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience in each of the stated areas. If you have a strong interest in the food industry and would like to build a career in this field, then this introductory level course is ideal for you.
Learning in a fully supported environment with dedicated staff on hand to assist and help

Encouraged to participate in group and individual activities to complete various units on the course, using teamwork and individual effort to succeed whilst being supported

Provides the opportunity for learners to gain excellent skills in various aspects of the Catering & Bakery industry.
You do not need to have any formal qualifications, but an enthusiasm for Cookery / Bakery is essential.
On successful completion of the course and dependant on ability, you may have the opportunity to progress onto NVQ Level courses in Food Preparation or Bakery, available at the college.
