A fantastic journey into the world of chocolate and how it works. Learn the basics involved in working with and handling chocolate. Create some delightful treats and gain some experience of working with a top professional in this field. Understand what makes chocolate tick and discover tips and tricks to ensure your chocolate creations are everything you want them to be.
Basic understanding of Mathematics and English.

Must have attended the beginners course as tempering chocolate will not be covered in this session.
A one day course producing a range of chocolate ganache truffles, this will include the incorporation of unique flavours and colouring chocolate and cocoa butter. This course follows on from the beginner’s course.
On successful completion of this could move onto further courses within the Bakery department.

There is an intermediate and advance chocolate course planned for later in the year all information on the college website.
Tuition fees are payable by all students. Discounted fees are not available.
