Welcome to the world of catering, bakery and hospitality. To be able to work safely and hygienically in the industry, you will require a food safety certificate. This course is the Level 2 in food safety, it gives you the knowledge and understanding to carry out tasks, safely and hygienically and how to deal with situations of a food safety nature should they arise.
1 day course with test under exam conditions at the end.
You will complete a 40 question written test at the end of the day
A need to have the food safety qualification or a future need.. - Dress code- Smart casual. No equipment required.
