Barista Skills Level 2 (Pre Employment)

Well here is your opportunity to gain the knowledge, techniques and tricks of the trade by a trained professional Front of house Manager.
Welcome to the world of coffee and its expanse of variety and wealth of flavour and aroma. Whether it be Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte or Americano, this course will get you to understand the delivery of coffee, tea and smoothies with the correct temperature and correct service requirements to impress your customers, friends every time.

1 day a week over 5 weeks.

You will complete a small written test and practical test at the end of the 5 week period.
A passion for coffee and tea. - Dress code- Smart casual. No equipment required.

These courses are available to all adult learners, no matter your employment status, but if you are:
Not in paid employment and receiving a means tested benefit - please bring with you current dated benefit documentation.
In paid employment but with an annual gross salary of less than £18,135 - please bring with you a wage slip dated within 3 months of the start of the course.
If you are aged 19-23 as well as meeting the benefit criteria you will also need to hold a full level 2 qualification.
