Course Content

A great way to gain knowledge and skill for the dining event of the year, a traditional Christmas dinner, you will learn how to prepare the ingredients in an imaginative and creative way to impress your guests, using traditional techniques and some which will delight the guests dining.

This day’s tuition will be one which will give you enjoyment and joy for years to come on that special day, when Santa comes down the chimney!
No entry requirements
A one-day course producing a range of traditional Christmas dish items to be proud of.
On successful completion of this could move onto further courses within the Hospitality and Catering and Bakery department.
Tuition fees are payable by all students. Discounted fees are not available.
