Course Content

The day’s experience will allow for knowledge to be gained in assisting a variety of dietary goals. By having a more in-depth understanding of the human body’s nutritional requirements, the learner will acquire knowledge in wholesome cooking methods and techniques, the best types of food to maintain a healthy lifestyle and what small changes could do to your quality of life.

A great way to gain knowledge and understanding in an enjoyable informal setting, which could benefit the participant for years to come.

On successful completion of this could move onto further courses within the Hospitality and Catering and Bakery department.
