About Tameside College
Our Mission
Tameside College will transform lives by offering first class education and training

The College operates on two main sites and in several community locations:
Ashton Centre, Beaufort Road , Ashton-under-Lyne
This Centre houses the programme areas of Construction, Engineering & Motor
Vehicle, Creative Studies, Care, Business & IT, Computing, Hairdressing &
Beauty Therapy, Sport & Travel, Food, Access, Skills for Life and Teacher Education
together with the main Student and College Support Services.
Hyde Clarendon Sixth Form College , Clarendon Road , Hyde
This Centre houses the College's A Level programmes as well as some vocational
and GCSE provision.
Providing Local Learning Opportunities
The College has local Learning Centres in towns throughout the borough including
Ashton-under-Lyne , Droylsden and Hyde. The College also provides opportunities
in local community centres and high schools.
