A highly responsible role within one of Manchester’s leading companies are looking to recruit a professional Admin Executive to support the PA and lead HR Officer, the candidate will gain a Business Admin Level 3 qualification completing an apprenticeship for 12 months. For this role the highest experience of office and personal assistant support is sought after, candidates who apply must have the essential qualifications of 5 GCSE's A*-C including Maths and English Language or equivalent. An NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service is desirable. Office experience and a professional telephone manner and confidence to deal skillfully with clients is a requirement for this diverse role. Strong communication is a key attribute for this position especially when dealing with the senior management leaders. Duties will include providing flexible, responsive administrative resource, handling personal information, provide office management support and provide accurate and timely responses to colleagues and members.
Overall the candidate must have knowledge in the business field, Microsoft packages, be able to take instructions well and apply themselves to the varied duties of the role.
