College Day: Mondays – T1 Campus, Ashton-under-Lyne (OL6 6BL)
Shift start time in the workplace: 6:00am + Weekends Required
About the Role
We’re looking for passionate, curious, and hardworking apprentice to join the team at Half Dozen Other in Manchester. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the craft of artisan baking in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen. You’ll work alongside experienced bakers and chefs, developing real skills in bread, pastry, and production while building a strong foundation for a career in hospitality.
What You’ll Learn
