If you’re not sure whether to study at College or leave education to begin a career, then why not have both?
Apprenticeships are a perfect combination of study and on-the-job training that allows you to learn a
skilled trade whilst you attend classes related to your area of work.
Tameside College is the leading Apprenticeship provider in Greater Manchester and offers a range of apprenticeships to suit a whole host of interests including: Engineering, Health & Social Care, Motor Vehicle, Administration & Management and ICT.
You can choose from our wide range of programmes on offer. Click on a title to download the PDF information sheet.
Please note: Our current vacancies are aimed at 16-24 year olds however if you are aged 24 or over there is a £500 contribution fee required to do a level 2 course. For a level 3 course and upwards you must apply for a 24+ loan and find your own employment. If you are still at secondary school please fill in the full time 16-18 school leaver application form and apply for a full time course as the apprenticeship is not a guaranteed position.
