Food and hospitality students host chocolate night at Reflections

Food and hospitality students hosted a themed chocolate night this week at Tameside College’s restaurant Reflections with great success.

Whilst Level two students served as front of house serving customers food and beverages, Level three students prepared each course with care and precision to ensure guests had the finest dining experience. Guests were treated to a number of courses including canapés, roasted pheasant and chilli chocolate puddings.

John Holden, Food and Beverage Lecturer, said: “We’re really proud of the students, they did a fantastic job. Fine dining nights like this are great experience for them to put what they have learned into practice which will serve them well when they eventually leave us to start their careers in the food and hospitality industry.”
