About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our fast-paced sales office as part of our rapidly expanding team. DENTAL NURSE Apprenticeship LEVEL 3 STANDARD 

A local Dental Practice  is offering an Apprenticeship In Dental Nursing. located in   Dukinfield Ashton -Under-Lyne. This dental practice has an established reputation and a large client base.

You will need to be able to travel to Dukinfield  and also Tameside College, Beaufort Road, OL66NX. You will spend one day a week in college for the remainder of the week you will gain valuable work experience in the workplace. Hours of work may range from a minimum of 30 to a maximum of 40 hours a week.

Candidates must have a 3 or D in maths and English to apply,

Successful candidates will be interviewed by the college then referred to the employer for an interview.

The course is approximately 18-24 months long in duration and you will be completing a Dental Nursing Apprenticeship

Wage is currently £7.55 per hour, rising to £8.00 in April in line with National Minimum Wage.

Duties
 Assist the dentist during dental procedures
 Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
 Take and develop dental X-rays
 Update patient records and maintain dental supplies inventory
 Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
 Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar
 Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring and trimming models

Plasma MKA UK are a specialist painting and decorating contractor working on commercial and residential projects across the UK. We are looking for a committed Level 2 Painting & Decorating Apprentice to start in the New Year. The ideal candidate will be 18+, a driver (or currently learning) and someone who is motivated, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
