Course content & format
The course has been designed to provide learners with the essential skills in how to use Computer Aided Design software.
The Core Component:
The learner will study how engineering objects are designed in 2D CAD allowing the learner to develop and practise the skills required for employment in the broad engineering and Manufacturing sector.
Your learning experience
You will work mainly in the Engineering classrooms on the computers. Here you will learn how the software Inventor is used within the engineering sector to create your own 2D drawings.
Entry qualifications
You will be interviewed for this course, should be enthusiastic about working in the engineering sector. Have an understanding of information technology and computers
How is this course assessed?
You will be assessed through a variety of assessment methods including discussions, displays, case studies, presentations.
